TECHNOLOGY

• The Growatt APX battery module utilises a novel internal switching parallel connection technology. This allows the system to deliver more energy by eliminating the effects of mismatched packs. Each module can be fully charged and discharged independently
.
• The system offers more flexibility in installation and expansion as batteries with different state of charge (SoC) and from different batches can be combined.This leads to savings in operating, maintenance and supply chain costs.
• A redundancy design prevents the system from being switched off due to a defective pack.

CAPACITY

• In combination with the Growatt MOD 3-10KTL3-XH (BP) inverters, 1 to 6 APX 5.0P-B1 battery modules are required.
• Depending on the number of battery modules used, the maximum capacity varies between 5 and 30 kWh.

COMPATIBILITY

• The APX 5.0P-B1 battery is compatible with MOD XH BP and MID XH.

PROTECTION

• The battery module has an active battery management system (MBS) for each cell.
• It offers energy optimisation at pack level and built-in aerosol fire protection for each module.
• An arc fault protection device (AFCI) and a replaceable fuse for the entire system are also integrated.
