SoliTek has tested its modules with the Alumero CLICK 6.8 clamps. use a minimum of 4 clamps to secure the modules to the mounting rails. the metal parts of the module clamps should not come into contact with the front or back of the glass. when choosing this clamp attachment method, a minimum of four clamps should be attached to each module; two clamps should be attached to each long side. depending on local wind and snow loads, additional clamps may be required to ensure that the modules can support the load.
The torque to be applied should be based on the mechanical design standard, depending on the screw the customer is using.It is recommended to use only certified equipment for PV system installation.
The tightening torque for the Alumero CLICK 6.8 clamps should be at least 15 Nm, but not more than 20 Nm.As a rule, a value of 15 Nm is reached when two aluminium profiles touch each other.When using other mounting clamps, please follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
