SoliTek has verified its modules against the Alumero CLICK 6.8 clamps. a minimum of 4 clamps should be used to secure the modules to the mounting rails. the metal components of the module clamps should not come into contact with the front or rear glass. if you choose to use this type of clamp fixing, use a minimum of four clamps per module; two clamps should be fitted to each of the longer sides. depending on local wind and snow conditions, additional clamps may be required to ensure that the modules can support the load.
The torque to be applied should correspond to the mechanical design standard specified by the screw used by the customer.It is advised to use only certified equipment for the installation of the PV system.
The tightening torque of the Alumero CLICK 6.8 clamps should be between 15 Nm and a maximum of 20 Nm.Typically, a torque of 15 Nm is achieved when two aluminium profiles collide.When using other fixing clamps, please consult the manufacturer's instructions.
