Product information: The Growatt APX 98034-P2 power module is an essential component for the construction of a complete Growatt APX high-voltage battery system. It is specially designed for use with Growatt MOD XH (BP) inverters and enables the configuration of a battery set with 4 to 6 battery modules, which enables a total capacity of 20 to 30 kWh.

Technology: The integration of novel internal switching parallel connection technology enables the Growatt APX to deliver more energy by eliminating the negative effects of mismatched battery packs.This allows each module to be fully charged and discharged independently of each other.The technology also offers increased flexibility in installation and expansion, as batteries of different states of charge and from different production batches can be combined, resulting in savings in operating, maintenance and supply chain costs.A redundancy design also prevents a system shutdown in the event of a defective pack.

Compatibility: The APX 5.0P-B1 battery is compatible with the MOD XH BP and MID XH inverters.

Protection: Protection features include an active battery management system (MBS) for each cell, energy optimisation at pack level, built-in aerosol fire protection for each module, an arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) and a replaceable fuse for the entire system.
